Two Worlds

aaand I’m back.

last week I traveled to a whole new world.

This world, is baseball player world
And it’s very different than my world.

In baseball player world
baseball is the ruler
population: tall, strong and athletic.

its a place where silverware doesn’t exist,
overflowing trashcans are the norm,
and water is replaced by beer and Gatorade.

This world is Stone’s world.
And I was very happy to be a part of it the past couple of days.

eventually it was time for me to leave.
which I don’t really like.
not one bit.
i like to see Stone.
And I like his cuddles and love and i like it every single day.

but he is in baseball world until the Fall
and for a couple of long months,
our worlds don’t allow us be in the same place.

so, little trips to his world are necessary.
and refreshing.
and very good for the heart.

aww I know this place well...

and you couldn't have described it better!

I don't mind the tall, strong, and athletic part ; )

Seriously though... who taught these men how to clean!?

You two are absolutely adorable... like couldn't be cuter.

Next time you're in PA, I may have to stalk you ; )

Long distance relationships are hard. I've been in one for almost a year now, but I really believe that if you can survive and thrive long distance, you can do anything together!

Those little visits are wonderful, and amazing, and happy, and a little sad all rolled into one. But they are so needed. :]

at least you got to spend some time with him in his "world", but I understand - distance dating is never fun.

i know exactly how you feel. my boyfriend is working in ticket sales for a minor league team in harrisburg, pa for the summer, while i am two hours away. His life is 24/7 baseball, and literally every day is a 9 to 15 hour day depending on whether they have games or not. there's not much time to see the girlfriend or even talk to her everyday.
but i'm learning to enjoy the small amounts of time that we do get every so often :-)

baseball player world sounds a whole lot like guy college dorm world. however, tall handsome and athletic - makes it totally worth it.

you are basically me 3 years ago. hope that's okay with you.

PS

Baseball world is the land of hot dogs.
..or, if in Philly, the land of soft pretzels. Delicious!
