Santa, i know him!

my December has looked a leeeeettle something like this...

i am flying back to my home home in Connecticut today! yippy!
well me & CB. of course.
its all really starting to hit me. its really almost Christmas
and well, i am sure the 40 degree weather at home will make it all the more real.
but that just comes with the territory.

i am excited.
about it all. even for the two hour flight... i finally get a chance to just READ.
and so that. that makes me mucho happy
except i did really hate saying bye to my own Christmas tree this morning.
mainly the unplugging part. i hate unplugging it.
especially since i wont see it lit til after Christmas
{so i kept it on all last night. i didn't have the heart}

happy Christmas week. and happy one exact month til my birthday!

a 2 hour flight sounds like a picnic in the park. my last flight home was 11 hours! did you know i always wanted to live in connecticut because of the babysitters club?

ps - i hate unplugging the tree, too. so depressing.

I hate unplugging the tree lights too! Boo.

Yay for going home! I get to go home tomorrow! Cold weather does make it more real ;) However, my Mom told me are are not having a white Christmas this year and I am SO sad about it.

BTW I am doing free Sponsors in January. Want me to add your button miss??

Aw, I know what you mean about unplugging the tree. I had to do that last year....so I definitely left it on all night too :) Have fun being back home with your family. I can't believe it's already this weekend! Have a safe trip!!

My Christmas has changed about a little bit this year. I was supposed to be spending Christmas at home in San Diego with my boyfriend and his family...but due to a family emergancy my family and I are spending Christmas in Sacramento (my homey home) with the family!

Hope you have (or had) a nice trip! Just reading on the flight and getting to relax a little does sound like fun.

You cracked me up about the bit about the Christmas tree! I felt the same way last year when I had to leave my tree at my own apartment to go home for Christmas! I ended up leaving it up for most of January, so that kind of evened it out! haha :)

That's the best part about a flight - the relaxing and catching up on a good book. Well, that used to be the best part of flying until I had my baby girl. Then flying took on a whole new meaning - stress! Merry Christmas!
