on our second to last weekend, february gave to meee...

life in my world is going by pretty fast these days. and i really do try my very best to live in the moment, to enjoy these last days with a stone of mine before he leaves for baseballness in about a week and i'd say i do a really good job. but then there are just those random times when we are sitting there, and a show like maybe Nashville ends and they say "in two weeks we will be back with a new episode" and i start to get sad because well wait! that's our show! and he won't be here for it. its one of those internal battles.

but life goes on! so this past weekend was a good one. on a friday night, stone and boys whisked away his brother in celebration of a little bachelor party fun they had up their sleeves. so, us girls decided to whisk stones brother's cute bride-to-be off for her own little bachelorette celebration. it was aaactually a pre bachelorette celebration. in practice for the real one in a month or so. i'm certain that's the way to do it. practice makes peeerfect!

but on saturday boy and girl were both reunited with puppy and feeling a bit lazy and sleepy. but puppy was like no! i'd like to go to the park please. so we bundled up and headed to one of the parks near by. charlie loved that because he's like a little boy whose probably found his dads stack of red bulls and decided to drink a bit too many. because this little athlete he just wants to roam and run. he was the happiest.

so there was a bit of movie watching and family time and bagel breakfast traditions and shadows. the usual stuff. and before we knew it were were saying goooodbye weekend and hello monday. but that's okay too because Monday always brings me coffee. and then bachelor drama. and i like that veeery much.
