i moved!

i moved! just about five or so miles down the road, but i did! and i'm so excited about this new little apartment home of mine because i get to share it with my official roomie, stone! which also means, i am sharing a closet for the first time, but heeeey, that's life. i'll take it! so we spent a good bit of last week moving me and my life and all my things, which made me realize, i have A LOT OF THINGS. not hoarder status exactly, but there are definitely symptoms. like oooh! birthday cards from my 21st birthday? KEEP. my sorority rush name tag? KEEP. stuff like that, the important, sentimental stuff.

but by the end of the weekend, i was pretty much o-v-e-r moving and ready to throw out every single thing that crossed my path. but i didn't, thankfully, because im pretty sure i would have needed that winter coat of mine and charlies dog food.  stone was an exxxxcellent, five star mover. he has luckily, and quite impressively, avoided all moves  i have made in 6 years of relationshipness! a crime like this can only be committed and pardoned due to baseball season and its neediness, in college and in the real world.  but not this time!

so we are officially moved in! bare walls, lots of boxes, no cable and all! to be continued :)

Congratulations on the move! It's a stressful and exhausting process, but so worth it.

when i have to list an emergency contact (not that i fill out a lot of emergency-contact-necessary-forms, but you know what i mean) i put john's name and then it says "relationship" next to it where normal people would put "husband" but i write "roommate" because i think it's funnier. so now you can put stone as your emergency contact, relationship: roommate.

just thought i'd share because that was my favorite part about moving in with john. love you! xo

oops, congrats by the way! :)
and my sister moved to atlanta yesterday! ahhh
