blueberry muffin bakin'

last, last [muchooo delayed in my life documenting] saturday morning the sun ! was ! out ! and we were celebrating my birthday [again] that night, sooo keeping with all the good vibes and adding some more, i made blueberry muffins. [extra blueberries. with extra coffee on the side]  easy and yummy. and really, they were the perfect morning b-fast to grab and go on our way to work, win, win, win!  

ingredients 

2 cups flour

2/3 cup sugar

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup milk

8 tbs [1 stick] unsalted butter, melted

2 eggs

1 cup blueberries [or more, if you'd like...which iii did ;)]

• preheat an oven to 400
• mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon 
• in another bowl, whisk together the milk, butter and eggs until smooth. add the flour mixture and stir just until blended. add the blueberries [and then add some more :))] and stir  
• spoon the batter into muffin cups, bake for about 15 to 20 minutes
